Dena’s entire life set her up to do what she
does.
As a highly empathic child, she took her first social emotional
training course at age 7, followed by years of conflict management
& mediation training, leadership development, and personal
development.
By the time she graduated high school, she had already been
facilitating large groups, developing curriculum, and teaching
personal development courses for years.
Her evolution continued as she moved into a 17-year professional
career she loved, which included earning two masters degrees and
speaking around the country at major conferences, as well as
teaching university courses in leisure, play, and consciousness for
nearly a decade.
In 2015, Dena was still loving her position supervising and
mentoring 85 staff and thousands of participants each year when she
realized it was time for massive change which would allow her to
follow her heart and put together everything her lifetime of
experience had prepared her for.
She officially started her coaching business, Ecstatic Collective,
and soon “retired” from her career to create the life she truly
desired, filled with more freedom, happiness, and
love.
The new journey also led Dena to become a certified trainer of
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®,
Hypnotherapy, and also NLP Coaching, so now she trains and
certifies other amazing humans to be phenomenal NLP coaches and
practitioners. Dena specializes in integrating all these
modalities with non-ordinary states of consciousness (such as
meditation, breathwork, movement, and psychedelics).
